A: There are many advantages to buying a Refurbished Laptop from MyCheapLaptop. Some examples are low cost, excellent build quality, genuine Microsoft Licensing and reducing carbon footprints. All of our items are refurbished to an excellent standard (unless clearly stated in the product listing) and have passed through our outstanding Test & Assess Software. In most cases, buying a Refurbished Laptop from us at a fraction of the cost of a new item in your average Retail Store would last longer, be more robust and run generally faster than a brand new item in the same price range.
Q: Where Do Your Products Come From?
A: All of our items on offer have been sourced globally from large Corporations & Government Departments. Each item is securely data wiped under WEEE Regulations and Re-Imaged using Genuine Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher Licenses.
Q: What Warranty Is Included?
A: All items purchased from MyCheapLaptop come with a Minimum 12 Months Return To Base (RTB) Warranty. You also have an option to upgrade to 2 Year or 3 Year Warranty should you feel the need to do so. For more warranty information please click here.
Q: Do All Of Your Laptops Come With A Battery & Charger?
A: All items purchased from MyCheapLaptop will be complete with a Battery and Charger unless clearly stated in the product listing. Batteries are guaranteed to last for a minimum of 30 minutes, however in most cases they last longer than this. Any batteries reported to last less than 30 minutes within 7 days of delivery will be tested and replaced. Battery faults reported after 7 days from delivery will not be covered by your warranty as these items are classed as consumable and deteriorate over time depending on use.

A: We Accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit (Orders over £99) & All Major Credit/Debit Cards – Please note, you must have a PayPal account and will be subject to Credit Check in order to purchase using PayPal Credit.
